The house has recently been refurbished, we have a huge garden for BBQs etc., and free parking in front of the house. The flat comprises three floors, each of the room on its own floor. Downstairs, there is an office run by the letting agent managing the property. Other than that, it’s all ours! The house: Every floor measures 14 x 17 ft, and yours will be on the first floor, where kitchen and living room are. The room comes only with 2 wardrobes, so you should bring your own bed. The second floor comprises another bedroom and bathroom, and the third floor is another bedroom with ensuite. The rent is £750 per month.
