(old vortex filter present) This is my 4th 320d as first two were company and I have extensive knowledge of the 320d’s hence type in “320d flaps”, “turbo filter” and “EGR valve problem” which cost in 1000′s and in some cases complete engine replacement which costs over £2000 hence save yourself all that hassle with all the modifications done already. The inlet manifold flaps have been removed which usually drop into the engine and then require a new engine. The turbo filter has been replaced to a vortex filter which improves fuel economy and life of the turbo and EGR value has been cleaned.
